Eat Fresh Fruits and Nuts
Routine checkup of your vital stats - Its always wise to maintain an online record of your most important stats even if you do not plan to model or be an actor. i.e. Body weight, Height (for calculating BMI - body mass index as per your age), bust, waist, hips, blood pressure, last menstrual date etc.  Compare this data with the ideal data for a healthy woman, and constantly aim to reach closer to the ideal stats. 
This should be without taking any medication or external stimulants. This record helps in having complete control of your health and avoid any adverse health issues. You can immediately take action or meet your doctor in case there is a variation which is not in sync with the normal range taking.
Set aside two hours everyday for yourself - This is required for an emotionally balanced life, to think about your purpose of life and goals.
