Manager - Memberships, sales & marketing Code - TPC-E3HR
Identifying and connecting with the target audience in corporate world, individuals, women communities and groups. Responsible for driving memberships, gift cards, referrals, product sales, events and workshops.
Manager - Design and Planning Code - TPC-E4HR
Responsible for making everything visually appealing and good looking. A graphics design wizard and IT Wizard who is responsible for jazzing up Club interiors, branding, signages, offers, websites, mobile apps and coordinating with external agencies.
Manager - Operations and Finance Code - TPC-E5HR
Responsible for everything finance i.e. receiving payments and making timely payments to vendors, franchisee partners, employees. Also reconciling data to reflect the financial health in Zoho Books and Tally Prime and coordinating with our Chartered Accountancy firm.
The operations head would be responsible for overseeing the club activities, legal and compliance, replenishing consumables, routine repairs and maintenance, quality control, customer feedback, purchase and procurement.
